The basement is in progress... Above is Atticus helping dad with sanding the mud and the first coat of trim paint. It took quite a bit of trial and error to find a yellow we were happy with, I am appreciative of samples although the samples never end up being the color I go with, it helps me eliminate. I am happy to say that the basement required only 3 samples before we were able to make a decision. Our living room/ dining room took no less than 6. We will be finishing the walls and putting in new carpet this week. Later projects include the ceiling and redoing shelving and the closet space, but for now, getting a comfortable playroom is the goal. I am sooooo excited!!!!! It will be nice to have a toy free room or two.
