We did the unthinkable this year. Actually, we have done the unthinkable every year, this year just matters more because it is our now. We lost Atticus' winter hat. Despite living in MN where snow and cold weather is expected, winter gear is no longer available. We can get swimsuits and pool googles but not hats and mittens. mitten clips, we have learned need to purchased in early october or earier, otherwise, they are gone. So anyway, Atticus (who luckily loves pink) is stuck with Pipers old hat. He thinks it is cool to wear Pipers stuff so he is willing to roll with it. Tuesday was warm enough to bundle the kids up and send them out the back door. They played for 30 minutes and I was thrilled!! Spring cannot come soon enough this year.
