Piper had her Dodge Nature Center field trip today! Mazie, Atticus and I tagged along... We were going to skip it but since Piper woke up at 6:00a.m "You said I needed to wake up early mom" (by early I did not mean with the roosters, I meant like 15 minutes early) I was able to get everyone dressed, fed and even go for a jog in time to go on the trip without it being chaotic. I am so glad we went. Atticus loved playing with the rope and pulley they use to pick up hay. Coincidently, we have been talking a lot about simple machines so he knew exactly how it worked. Piper loved jumping in the hay and petting the animals!
